How to reach us
Send your message to [email protected]. That address is the only contact channel for this site. We do not run social media accounts for readers' questions, and we never contact anyone first by phone or messaging app. If someone claims to be calling from Aviator Lineage Notes, it is not us. Treat any such call or message with suspicion.
What we are happy to hear about
We welcome messages about the content of this site:
- a mistake or outdated detail on the main page
- a part of the guide that was unclear
- a problem loading the fun-mode demo on your device
- questions about our privacy policy or a request to delete your e-mails
Short, specific messages are the easiest for us to act on.
Please do not include
We will never ask you for login details, verification codes, payment information or copies of ID. If you receive a message that does, and it claims to come from us, it is not genuine. When you write to us, share only what is needed to explain your question. If you are unsure whether something is needed, leave it out.
Operator issues are outside our reach
If your question is about money held by a gaming operator, or about a decision an operator made, we are the wrong people to ask. This site does not handle accounts or payments. Under Indian law in force since 1 May 2026, online money games are prohibited, so we also do not recommend any platform.
Replies
Please be patient after writing. We are a small operation, and some reports take time to verify. We will not chase you with follow-up messages or add you to any mailing list. Your e-mail is used only to deal with what you wrote about, as set out in the privacy policy.
